Hold up...

Did I seriously go from the end of October to the middle of January without posting a single thing about food? For shame...

thanks for directing me to your site for some new smoothie ideas! i'd never even thought to put avacado in them and they are one of my favorites! i use a lot of pomogranite too. it's a bit tart so you have to offset it with banana or oj. but it adds a lot of flavor too. so try some of that. i know you shop at trader's and they even have them already packaged as just the seeds :)

Oh I did see those the last time I was in the store! I'll have to pick some up the next time. The avocado is great to sub in for yogurt if you have to make smoothies when you have a cold, since dairy isn't very appetizing then. I love avocados, too!
